Vespa PX Full Engine overhaul 2° video open the Engine Block
Opening the Vespa PX 125 block casing.
Once you have disconnected the Vespa block from the frame, it is time to open it.
To do this you will need to unscrew several screws and bolts. The only specific tool you need is a flywheel puller to remove the flywheel. If you buy it, also evaluate the socket for disassembling the clutch. The clutch still needs to be disassembled even if you decide to keep it.
Once you open the crankcase you need to change the shaft bearings and all the oil seals, I recommend changing all the bearings, there are 5 in all.

You mean that the lever was moving full scale without braking? You may have old brake fluid. This cause vapor in the brake line due to hot braking and the air compress it self instead of compress the brake pad
Vespa mechanic here. First, while SAE 30w NON DETERGENT oil will work in the gearbox, it is not a good idea to use it in warm weather. It tends to lose its viscosity when really hot. Piaggio recommends SAE 75w85 GL4 (NOT GL-5) gear oil. 75w90 works fine too, as long as it is GL-4. DO NOT use a homemade gasket on the drain plug. That plug is not supposed to use a gasket. It uses a compressible washer. The fill plug uses the same washer. They are very inexpensive. buy a couple dozen of them, and you will never have to worry about it again. Before removing both the drain plug and fill plug, clean off the plug and area around the plug thoroughly. I use spray brake cleaner. I also clean off both plugs after removing them. You don't want dirt in the transmission. You can use any number of ways to get the new oil in. A syringe works, a tiny funnel, the spout on a gear oil bottle, whatever fits in the small hole. You DO NOT need to measure it. You are supposed to fill it up till it is completely full. The way you did it, you didn't have enough oil to start with, and some of that ran down the side of the case.
Appreciate Your comment. For the gaskets I was missing the right size and I did it just to fix it temporary, and I showed just to show how to do it in case of emergency. The tip to clean the plug and the surrounding area is a great tip I will do it from now on Thanks 😃 About the different from synthetic and mineral oil i agree with You but some older Vespa with still some original equipment may experience a shorter life in clutch and some gaskets are in cork and the glue may be deteriorated by the detergent power of the oil (the oil "glass" of the oil tank ha a cork o-ring). As the fill up Your still right in the Italian video I specified, in English I forgot. I will make a new video soon with the some correction. If Your Vespa has the battery the fuse should be located above or behind the battery. If You don't have the battery You may not have even a fuse. Due to different regulation depend of Your country May be some differences. In my Vespa with the key in on position Lights and turn signal doesn't work. It just work only the horn. I have a Vespa with electric start and battery.

No, you should disconnect the exhaust, clean the exhaust duct and the muffler and seal with some exhaust sealing paste.

Yes, but it's expensive since you have to replace half carter and some other spare parts in order to add the oil mixer. Usually doesn't worth

Your vespa is 125? If it has stock engine should be between 20 and 25 unless you go very fast. What do you mean that the petrol go very speed engine Crack case? Looks like a carburetor problem. The engine run smoothly at all rpm?

You mean that the engine stall at low rom and you need to keep rom above 2000rpm? Start to clean the carburetor specially the minimum jet. I made a video on carburetor cleaning on a Vespa

Great video. Just changed the muffler and it went exactly as you said it would. Replacing the long exhaust bolt was tricky, so I first inserted a long screwdriver to align the bracket holes, then held the muffler in place with one hand while inserting and finger tightening the exhaust bolt with the other hand.

hey, how about if you want to push the piston forward ? (e.g tighten the brake) i just took it to the mechanic for fork reconditioning and he seems to have tighten up my brake too much ( now it rubs against the disc at certain point as my disc i s slightly bent)
You need to replace your disc. To tighten the brake, just push the lever. If doesn't work you need to rebuild also the brake pump.

Have removed my SI24 from PX, now major problem with oil leaking from autolube through mixer screw in back of carb box. Any ideas how to prevent this? thanks
Sorry for delay. A little bit of oil leak is normal. Some fuel mixture escape from the air filter due to a back pressure generated from the piston moving back. The gasoline evaporate and the oil start to accumulate until it start dropping from the first point free which is the mixture screw hole from the carburetor box. Is normal as soon as it's 1 or 2 drops at day. More oil may be other stuff.
